Description
- Roof Leak - above 208
- roofing DC 200
- 109 - ceiling - stragglers .. putting room back togeher.
- speed queen washer
- Brandy - arrange for rocks to be moved from BI to DC
- 123 - secured counter and piping underneath
- take care of weeds - need weed eater -
- Dryer from SJ - that is now at DC - need key for coinbox
- additional parking curb - releaser..
- 200 - get move in ready ... paint, bathroom, + doors+ propane heater hook up
- Schedule Room to Room inspection.. ptac/fart fan cleaning .. check mice/pest/dogs and list ALL angle Turnoffs that need replacement
- removing fence stakes - need jack
- drywall sag - 2nd floor balcony ceiling - need drywall ?.. also better cable managment
- Main Sign - need better lights.
- Secure corner post and Put up No Semi Truck sign - need screws
- put in sink in laundry room - need faucets, base
- Remove curbing, old staircase on Short Side - jackhammer
- Clean up the bar area - organize what no longer belongs
- since SJ has had better luck w/ selling TV's at full price, lets get 2 or 3 up there
Waterproof the back circuit by L2 that Ben installed w/out permission
Move swamp cooler to back of building behind bar
Main sign - doesn't light up at night, looks terrible after Ben/Art tried 4 different times, including putting my extra bright lightbulbs.. will eventually have to resolve.
Figure out where the hell joey cut the wire that stopped downstairs light from working
- snow blower - sell electric unit

For the AC issue, lets have one of the 204 V why units hooked to a PTAC cord. That way of a problem is discovered, all you gotta do is plug it in, and they are often running. Seems these heating elements are just not keeping up with the demands of winter.
