# Roof Leak - above 208
# Pick up back after roofing DC 200 .. can some of that metal be used for the old glass office? Kind of as a 2nd layer where we still get occasional leaks?
# 200 - the cold line needs to be tee'd off using the washer line. The recirc line needs a turn off that will go to a hose bib towards stair case area
# 200 - drywall ceiling
# 109 and 110 - need to continue getting room prepped' upgraded.. this includes the smell, washing down walls, sink/counter install, old heating unit removed to, and last, new carpet.
# 201 - leaking down to mgr apartment - Marlene to check
# Get Tara familiar with DC - see if good fit.
# Dryer from SJ - that is now at DC - need key for coinbox
# removal of old water heater & get the needed parts - for anything larger than 1", should be propress .. needed for the new water heater.
Waterproof the back circuit by L2 that Ben installed w/out permission
Move swamp cooler to back of building behind bar
Main sign - doesn't light up at night, looks terrible after Ben/Art tried 4 different times, including putting my extra bright lightbulbs.. will eventually have to resolve.
Figure out where the hell joey cut the wire that stopped downstairs light from working
