# Roof Leak - above 208
# Pick up back after roofing DC 200
# Hose Connection
# remove heater from 110
# 109 - paint & finish
# take care of weeds
# Dryer from SJ - that is now at DC - need key for coinbox
# additional parking curb - rebuild cracked, 1 crooked, 2 sets up front, 1 set in back
# 200 - get move in ready
# removing fence stakes
# put in sink in broiler room
# Remove curbing, old staircase on Short Side.
# Clean up the bar area - organize what no longer belongs
# since SJ has had better luck w/ selling TV's at full price, lets get 2 or 3 up there
Waterproof the back circuit by L2 that Ben installed w/out permission
Move swamp cooler to back of building behind bar
Main sign - doesn't light up at night, looks terrible after Ben/Art tried 4 different times, including putting my extra bright lightbulbs.. will eventually have to resolve.
Figure out where the hell joey cut the wire that stopped downstairs light from working
