DWEB - All Hotels, misc

General Goal:
Utilize the glass office, the entire bar area, open up for "dormitory" style living where we have kitchen in the very back where the broken windows are located. The hole located there is the main kitchen island. Multiple outlets for 2 microwaves, a gas oven (perhaps the old viking?), just 1 fridge.
AC/Heat - supplied by a working 5 Ton Heat Pump .. verified working by wyatt, thermostat current in glass office.
Living/Shared Area - by the glass office overseeing the restaurant / street.
Bathrooms - prefer 3 full bathrooms - just showers, no tubs. Prefer using the "hanging" toilets for easy cleaning.

Preferences/Ideas:
the 3rd Bedroom in the apartment - might recreate the opening into the bar area. that bedroom kind of a sitting area, leading to the apartment kitchen/living room which would be opened up for a portion of the day.
The rooms, all twin size, built in bed frames...instead of individual rooms, think we most will be doubles - two bunk beds each, with a minifridge, small counter, shelving for personal belongings, etc. each 2 bedroom area, 8x10 (roughly).
