This ticket to track Past Violations.
Uses include: ability to quickly pull up past violation to show both staff and tenants things the health department can use to shut us down ... so, as an example, if staff doesn;t believe we can be shut down due to kids playing with a water hose (which is I had to stop during one of my trips), then we now have past notices to send to staff.
