What is "Engine"?
Engine is a private booking platform designed for business travel. Unlike Expedia or Booking.com, it isn’t open to the general public; users must have a business account to book.
• The Appeal for Guests: They get exclusive "insider" rates and earn reward points that they can use for personal travel.
• The Appeal for You: It connects you to high-value guests (business travelers, construction crews, nurses, etc.) who often book longer stays or multiple rooms at once.
Already created an account for SJ and PSS.

Already sent an email to HK so they can map the rooms, and I sent them the RLI.
The discount is 21% since that's the minimum amount for the discount.
Cancellation policy: Full refund given by 6pm on check-in day
Last room availability: Guarantees your discount rate, regardless of rooms remaining

We can close the rate plan during high earning weekends ... this will start on Memorial Day Holiday (last weekend of May) until Aug 15th + Labor day + Run the Pines in Sept. Or better yet, every weekend from Mid Aug until end of Sept.

We disabled the LRA option for PSS
Disabling the "Last Room Available" (LRA) option in a booking engine means the hotel stops honoring special, pre-negotiated corporate rates when only one room remains. This allows the property to close off discounted, high-priority sales, preventing last-minute booking of the final inventory at a lower price.
WI - enabled since we have rooms that are not listed in HK.
If we make changes in the future to enable the LRA - we need to send the new LRI to HK so they can update it on their end. We can't just enable it without letting them know, as it will be mapped to the inventory.
After HK makes the updates, we need to inform Grant so they can activate our account and get going.

Both properties we would need to add GDS at a cost-- Right now, we have the CRS bundles (for OTAs), but GDS is a different item. Each property will have a one-time cost of $1099 with no recurring fee. Sieu decided to do it first with SJ.
