PSS-200 - previously a standard QQNK, as of 1/25, is complete.

1. Pictures -Sent to VA's
2. Already Filled .. and summer reservation at $2k/month, single old lady from Cave Creak. Until she arrives, Chris, who the staff apparently way too much info, has already moved in. Has already been told he needs to be moved out by the first week of May.
3. Conversion from QQNK to QKIT ... Need to inform HK that pricing is to be the same as a 3QN.
4. This unit has a full kitchen - with oven and stove top.

Room Description for HK:
This spacious studio features a queen bed, a large sofa with sitting area, and a flat-screen television with streaming services.

The room includes a small private kitchen, equipped with a full-size oven, four-burner stovetop, apartment-size refrigerator, microwave, and upper cabinets, making it ideal for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.

All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi and access to the pool/spa. There are many amenities including Wash/Fold Service and a Marketplace downstairs. This studio is well-suited for extended stays where in-room cooking is a necessity.

As for general marketing - think we need to push this hard for nurses during non peak .. really rather not have anyone there staying more than 8 months at a time.. this is why, chris, who loves that room, will be moved to mh10 instead since he is staying "forever". When we do have STR, we will need to instruct staff to put some basic utensils - silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups, salt/pepper ... we need a standby crate.
